Speaking of homes with astonishing designs in Sweden, Casa Barone is without a doubt a home to include in the list and the reason is of course because the home has a considerably astonishing design.
Widjedal Racki Bergerhoff designed the home and the home itself is one that overlooks a lake and is surrounded by a lush forest.
Aside from overlooking a lake and being surrounded by a lush forest, the home is also decorated with white walls, as well as dark wood floors, thus, giving it an understated elegance that brings an aura of relaxation.
The home itself is situated in Ingarö-Evlinge, Sweden and the biggest part of the home is dug into a slope, thus, creating a large horizontal platform in ground level.
Half of the said platform is taken up by the home’s upper floor while the other half remains an open door terrace that has a direct connection to the kitchen that is located inside the home.
Situated in Ingarö-Evlinge, Casa Barone is an astonishing home with various different parts including a living area that faces the water view and the upper half of two large oak trees that grow near the home. The living area is located next to the home’s kitchen and of course, the living area is not the only part of the home.
After all, the home also has dark wood floors and white walls that make it look astonishingly elegant.
Thanks to the brilliant ideas the architect applied to the home, the home has become a home that glitters as a golden shrine that is penetrated with large black windows since the home actually sits in a rocky slope in between some sculptural pine trees.
If you wonder just how astonishing this home is, you can take a look at photographs of the home captured by Ã…ke E:son Lindman.
